Refund Policy

What Is Your Return Policy?

    To make a return, please visit the returns portal within 14 days of receiving your product. Once return is approved by our team, we will issue a return shipping label. Your products must be in the same condition you received it in, unused with it's original packaging along with your order confirmation form or packaging slip. 

    Furniture, Rugs, Lighting

    To receive a refund on furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, and mirrors you must contact customer support team within 14 days of receiving your product. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included. Furniture and rug returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    Please inspect all lighting fixtures for any cosmetic imperfections before installing and disposing of the products packaging. Joy Meets Home™ is not responsible for physical damage after the fixture is installed.

    If you receive lighting that is incorrect or damaged, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours at support@joymeetshome.com to file a claim. Any notifications or claims outside of this window will  be denied.

    With the White Glove Delivery service, the delivery team as a courtesy will remove all debris and packaging. Kindly ask the delivery team to keep all of the packaging if you feel a return might be a possibility. Otherwise, your order will not be eligible for a return without the packaging.

    Issues With Order Or Have Questions

      We do our best to inspect all orders before shipping but mistakes happen. Please inspect your products upon receiving and contact us at support@joymeetshome.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

      If you have received a defective item, please contact customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

      How Long Does It Take To Process The Return?

      Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

      Final Sale and Clearance Items 

      Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

      Order Cancellation Policy

      We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. You can cancel backordered items as they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
