We currently only offer standard shipping which will take approximately 3-8 days. At this time, we ship only within the United States.
If you place an order and realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@joymeetshome.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If your package ships before we receive an updated address from you, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to fix this. If the package is returned to our fulfillment center, we will resend to the correct address.
We provide tracking information on all orders. Transit time begins the following business from the date your order has shipped. If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please contact the carrier directly. For Further assistance please reference your confirmation number in your shipping email. We use the following carriers: UPS 1-888-742-5877 USPS 1-800-275-8777 We will not be held responsible for orders that show “delivered”.
Should your delivery status be updated to delivered and you have not received your order, you may be entitled to some form of compensation, however, a claim will need to be submitted with the carrier to assist you with resolving your dispute. You must also contact Joy Meets Home within 10 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
