• What is your return policy?

To make a return, please contact cs@joymeetshome.com within 14 days of receiving your product. In your email include your order number, reason for return, and the name of the product you are returning. You will then receive an email containing your shipping label if your return request is approved. Your products must be in the same condition you received it in, unused with it's original packaging along with your order confirmation form or packaging slip.

 

  • Issues With Order Or Have Questions, Contact Customer Service

    We do our best to inspect all orders before shipping but mistakes happen. Please inspect your products upon receiving and contact us at cs@joymeetshome.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

    If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

    • How long does it take to process the return?
    Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
